I loved this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and had beautiful views of the mountains. The spa was amazing and provided a relaxing and refreshing experience. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options.

We absolutely loved every second of our stay here. The hotel is absolutely spotless and the staff always polite and helpful. The spa is really great, and we had a very nice spacious room with a great view of the mountains. The food was excellent and varied.

The Christmas decorations were lovely and created a festive atmosphere. The hot chocolate offered in the lobby was delicious and a nice touch. The location provided easy access to hiking trails and stunning mountain views.
The room was not properly cleaned and we found dust and hairs in various areas. The breakfast selection was limited and not of great quality.

The location was beautiful, surrounded by mountains. the hotel was very clean and tidy, and the staff was polite and friendly. the best aspect was the spa, which had a great variety of treatments. They also had really good food in their restaurant and bar.
The worst aspect was that the Wi-Fi was not available in the room, which was really inconvenient. Another problem was that the hotel was quite expensive for what was offered.
